Porridge with Toasted Flaked Almonds and Honey

INGREDIENTS
- 500ml milk
- 500ml water
- 1 cup oats
- ¼ cup flaked almonds, toasted
- ¼ cup honey
DIRECTIONS
- Place the milk, water and oats into the pressure cooking bowl and stir until combined.
- Securely place and seal the lid onto the pressure cooker and ensure the pressure release valve is set to the sealed position. Select the ‘WHITE RICE’ (10-12 minutes) button and then the ‘START/CANCEL’ button and allow to cook until the pressure cooker has switched off. (If using the Kambrook manual pressure cooker, select setting 2).
- Release the pressure from the pressure cooker by turning the pressure release valve to the venting position and allow to stand uncovered for 10 minutes.
- Serve with flaked almonds and a drizzle of honey.
