Chicken and Mushroom Parcels

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 1 large brown onion thinly sliced
- 2 clove garlic minced
- 500 grams chicken trimmed and cut into strips
- 1/4 cup wine
- 1 tablespoon thyme shredded
- 250 grams button mushrooms sliced
- 200 grams feta crumbled
- 5 sheets frozen puff pastry defrosted

- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon thyme shredded
Directions
- In a frypan, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic until clear, add the chicken and continue to cook until golden.
- Add the wine and thyme and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir through the mushrooms and the feta.
- Evenly spoon the chicken and mushroom mixture onto each puff pastry sheet and then roll the sides to create a parcel.
- Brush each parcel with peanut oil and top with sesame seeds and thyme. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
