A Perfect Pantry

INGREDIENTS

• 1 popcorn measuring cup corn kernels
• 200g white chocolate melts
• 2 tbsp multi coloured sprinkles
• 1 cup mini marshmallows

DIRECTIONS

1. Cook popcorn according to directions in Kambrook Popcorn Maker and pour popcorn onto a flat oven tray.
2. Place the chocolate melts into a heat proof bowl and microwave at 100% power for 1 minute. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
3. Drizzle the chocolate evenly over the popcorn and then pour over the sprinkles and marshmallows. Allow to stand for 30 minutes and then break into bit sized pieces and serve.
