Asparagus Wrapped in Prosciutto

    INGREDIENTS

    • 10 asparagus spears
    • 10 slices prosciutto
    • ¼  cup olive oil
    • 1 clove garlic, crushed
    • Salt and pepper

    DIRECTIONS

    • Preheat the air frying oven to 200°C by turning the timer dial to 5 minutes.
    • Cut woody part of the stalks, about 3cm.
    • Place a slice of prosciutto on the bench and lay an asparagus stalk at one end and roll it up. Place in a bowl and coat wrapped asparagus with oil and garlic, making sure that they are evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper.
    • Once the ‘HEATING’ light goes off on the air frying oven, turn the timer to 10 minutes. Place asparagus into the air frying oven basket, and allow to cook, until cooked.
