Salted Caramel Popcorn

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups popped corn
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon golden syrup
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1 pinch rock salt
- 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
Directions
- Melt the butter in a 1 litre saucepan, add the sugar and syrups and allow to simmer over a low heat for 2 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and whisk in the salt and bicarb.
- Place the popcorn into a bowl and pour over the caramel mixture, stirring quickly before the caramel sets hard. Allow to cool.
- Serve in cups with a pinch of rock salt.
