  1. In a frypan, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic until clear, add the chicken and continue to cook until golden.
  2. Add the wine and thyme and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir through the mushrooms and the feta.
  3. Evenly spoon the chicken and mushroom mixture onto each puff pastry sheet and then roll the sides to create a parcel.
  4. Brush each parcel with peanut oil and top with sesame seeds and thyme. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
