Honey Chicken

INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup plain flour
- ¼ cup corn flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch salt
- ½ cup chilled water
- 400g chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 cup peanut oil
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup sesame seeds
DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl, place the flours, baking powder, salt and water and whisk until just combined. Allow to stand for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the Essentials Wok to heat setting 10 and heat the oil.
- Dip the chicken pieces into the batter and place straight into the hot oil. Allow room for them to cook, making sure you cook them in 3-4 batches.
- Drizzle with honey and sesame seeds and serve immediately.
