INGREDIENTS
- 350ml water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 2 tsp salt
- 610g bread flour
- 3 tbsp strawberry jam
- 1 tsp bread improver
- 2 tbsp milk powder
- 1½ tsp yeast
DIRECTIONS
- Pour the water, olive oil and vanilla into the bread maker baking tin.
- Add the salt, flour, strawberry jam, bread improver, milk powder and yeast, in that order.
- Place the bread baking tin into the bread maker and select the ‘SWEET’ bread setting. Select a 900g loaf and a medium crust setting. Press the start button. The bread will knead and rise for approximately 2½ hours before baking for a further 60 minutes.

When the bread maker finishes and 3 beeps are heard, gently turn the loaf of bread out onto a cake cooling rack and allow to cool for 20 minutes before slicing.
