Lamb Koftas with Flat Bread
PREP TIME: 20 min, COOK TIME: 8 min, READY TIME: 28 min, SERVINGS: 20 piece
Ingredients
- 1 kilogram lamb mince
- 2 clove garlic salt crushed
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon cumin ground
- 1 cup coriander washed, roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Soak 20 skewers in cold water for 30 minutes.
- Combine all ingredients in the food processor and process until consistently processed.
- Divide mixture into 20 portions and mould onto a skewer. Place onto a plate and into the fridge for 4 hours.
- Preheat a grill and lightly spray with olive oil spray. Cook skewers for 2 minutes on each of their 4 sides.
- Serve with sauces and flat bread if desired.
