Ingredients
- 1 kilogram green tiger prawns peeled, de-veined
- 100 grams butter softened
- 4 clove garlic minced
- 1 bunch flat leaf parsley washed, roughly chopped
Directions
- In a bowl, toss the prawns, butter, garlic and parsley.
- Preheat a large frypan over a high heat and cook the prawns for 3 minutes.
- Serve with crusty bread and fresh lemon.
