Basic Pancakes with Strawberries and Maple Syrup
PREP TIME: 2 min, COOK TIME: 10 min, READY TIME: 12 min, SERVINGS: 4
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 150ml milk
- 59g free range egg
- 20g butter, melted
- 2 punnets strawberries, hulled, halved
- 2/3 cup maple syrup
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat Kambrook Skillet Pan at setting 6 until heating light turns off.
- In a bowl, combine the flour, milk, egg and butter.
- Using a 1/3 cup measure, pour 1/3 cup of pancake batter into the frypan and place the glass lid on top and let cook for 2 minutes.
- Flip the pancake and place the glass lid on top and let cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve with strawberries and maple syrup
