DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat Kambrook Skillet Pan at setting 6 until heating light turns off.
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour, milk, egg and butter.
  3. Using a 1/3 cup measure, pour 1/3 cup of pancake batter into the frypan and place the glass lid on top and let cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Flip the pancake and place the glass lid on top and let cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Serve with strawberries and maple syrup
