  1. Preheat a fan forced oven to 180°C.
  2. Place the butter, sugar, golden syrup and treacle in a saucepan and stir over a low heat until ingredients are combined. Add the bicarb and whisk until light and fluffy.
  3. Remove from the heat and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Add the flour, oats and coconut.
  4. Roll into 1/2 tablespoon sized balls and place onto baking trays lined with baking paper. Bake for 12 minutes and cool on cake racks.
